The Role
The Emerging Technology and Digital Innovation Lead will drive the identification, development, and implementation of emerging technologies to improve consumer experiences, product creation, and supply chain efficiency, and explore how emerging technologies can used for new capabilities and business models. This role will apply a data-driven approach, focusing on consumer insights and measurable business outcomes. Working cross-functionally, and with external eco-systems of partners, start-ups, the Lead will execute innovation projects in an agile manner to improve connected consumer experiences, connected products, towards the long-term strategy and objectives of the company (improved consumer experiences, optimized business operations, to improve overall top and bottom line towards the purpose of Do good and do great.

Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
