Operational Risk, Assistant Vice President, State Street Global Advisors (Finance)
As an Assistant Vice President in State Street Global Advisors' Operational Risk Management (ORM) team, you will support program strategy and framework implementation to ensure effective identification, measurement, control and management of SSGA operational risk primarily in North America. The role includes oversight for all asset management activities regionally, as well as any support or sub-delegated responsibilities outside of the region.
In this role you can anticipate substantive interaction with several global business functions, such as Investment Management, Operations, Trading, Product, Legal and Compliance, and will need to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. You will also drive a risk-aware culture throughout the organization by challenging the status quo and providing objective thought leadership to our organization and the financial industry.

As a combined group, we are responsible for identification, assessment, control and reporting of risk in five main areas: operational, investment, liquidity, credit, and model risk.

Salary Range:
$80.000 - $132.500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
