Corporate Recruiter (Human Resources)

Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage the full life-cycle recruitment to fill corporate role vacancies Source, attract, and secure the best talent while also representing the organization externally Expand brand awareness externally Oversee the hiring process, make update on current recruiting procedures Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand both the current and upcoming recruitment needs Consult with hiring managers and present market data related to the employment market Engage in both active and passive candidate searches Attend industry event, recruitment fairs, networking opportunities to both source candidates and increase FST brand awareness Responsible for ATS compliance (offer letters, employee referrals, writing JD, job postings, dispositioning candidates, pre employment drug test/background test, extending the offer) You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST Manage the MSP partnership
