Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate repair estimates for customers and insurance companies.
Work with insurance adjusters to negotiate and ensure proper claim handling.
Maintain strong customer relationships, providing updates on repair progress.
Ensure repairs meet Buick GMC and OEM standards.
Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

Experience as a Body Shop Estimator in a dealership or independent collision center.
Knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex).
Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
I-CAR Certification is a plus!
