Data Insight&Reporting Analyst (Finance)
Description
Data Insight & Reporting Analyst consults with cross-functional teams to identify data and analytical needs, gather the necessary data, conduct detailed analyses, review actionable insights/findings with leadership to assist in their decision making, and facilitate related process/data improvement efforts.
This position is within the Operations Reporting & Analytics team and supports operational improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Derive insights from data analysis and conduct root-cause analysis of operational issues identified by the data.
• Transform raw data and analysis into data visualizations and interactive dashboards using dashboard tools
• Drive understanding of our members and their interaction with our call center, through in-depth analyses of user interaction, engagement, and transcribed calls
• Collaborate with other team members to create complex SQL queries to help business answer business questions and scenarios.
• Investigate to identify problematic trends that may impact member experience and operational metrics negatively
Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, or Economics)
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• Experience with using SQL, Teradata, BigQuery
• Some experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau
• Willingness to learn data analysis techniques and mastering complex data sources
• Prefer some experience with Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint
