Responsibilities

• Assist in performing general maintenance and repair tasks for buildings and grounds.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and addressing other maintenance issues.
• Support the team in routine cleaning and upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems and repairs.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
