Treasury Mgmt - Electronic Banking CSR (Finance)
The Treasury Management / Electronic Banking Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for assisting the on-line banking team by promoting Treasury Management and other banking services and products. The position is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to customers needs, questions, and concerns in an accurate, effective, and timely manner. Additionally, this position will maintain a strong thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products, operations, and procedures to efficiently resolve issues.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist customers with account inquiries, resetting passwords and provide instructions for customers using business online banking, including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Business Mobile Remote Deposit, Online Wires and Sweeps. Onboard Treasury Management customers with products and services; including new and existing customers requesting additional services. Answer customer telephone calls and accept communications through all electronic media (i.e. email and internet portals). Ensure successful implementation of Treasury Management products once completed documentation is received. Ability to complete on-line reports and maintain reports as needed. Create and coordinate the execution of all agreements in relation to all Treasury Management products and cash management services. Ensure all new and existing accounts are properly charged or have the appropriate exception approvals if applicable. Maintain implementation procedures and Treasury Management product guides for training internal staff and customers. Identify opportunities for product improvements and implement process changes that enhance the customer service experience by communicating customer and prospect needs to internal team. Assists Treasury Management Officers as needed for client reviews. Maintain a work area which ensures the safety and confidentiality of all customer records and transactions. Understand and comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Policies and Procedures. Represent Community Bankshares Inc and/or its subsidiaries in the community and at community events as appropriate. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. High School diploma or equivalent required. Two or more years of related banking experience preferred; treasury management, banking operations and/or customer service experience preferred.
Superior customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Five (5) years experience.
