Tax Professional (Finance)
Seeking experienced seasonal (full and part-time) Tax Professionals to join our team of professionals serving clients with diverse tax needs for the upcoming tax season.

Tax Professional responsibilities include:
- Providing tax preparation during real-time, face-to face interviews, tax audit support and tax planning.
- Building year round client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and anticipating customer needs.
- Researching tax related questions and issues, and responding to clients appropriately in a timely manner.
- Presenting the Company's value proposition to clients concerning various company products and services.
- Handling customer questions, complaints, and product and service inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Considering the impact of all decisions/actions on the customer.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience completing individual tax returns
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
- Demonstrated experience in Active Listening and Critical Thinking
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
- Must complete 18-hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience completing complex individual tax returns
- Enrolled Agent certification (Circular 230 designation) is a plus
