SUMMARY: Serves as the key subject matter expert on the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the HRIS to support the organization's HR and business objectives.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE: 5 years progressive experience in HRIS which includes data analysis, integration of HR systems, reporting analysis, HCM software administration, and a strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Proficient in HRIS software (such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors) and database management; experience with data analysis tools is beneficial. Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM and intermediate skills in Smartsheet preferred.

Ability to interface business applications with other systems. Knowledge of the principles and practices of project planning, development, and evaluation as well as the ability to meet project deadlines. Knowledge of applicable computer software and operating systems. Knowledge of and the ability to understand integration needs and configure third party applications. Knowledge of and the ability to utilize tools, concepts, principles, and practices of data collection, analysis, and testing.
