Contracts Paralegal (Finance)
Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a leading independent global professional services firm, specializing in providing turnaround management, performance improvement and advisory services, is seeking a Contracts Paralegal.
This key member of the legal team will assist A&M's legal counsel in protecting the organization's legal interests and is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts dealing primarily with A&M's clients and prospective clients. Prior experience drafting said documents, presenting clear recommendations, and assuring legal compliance is required. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected while still adhering to A&M's standards.
This is a hybrid in-office role based in our Tampa office. This legal team member will be expected to be in the office at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday being preferred.
Responsibilities
The Contracts Paralegal will support A&M's Legal Department, with the primary responsibility of moving certain A&M contracts through their life cycle from initial form/draft to execution.

The salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
