This is a temporary and grant-funded position with an expected end date of 6/30/25 or earlier.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Telepsychiatry Services Throughout Florida program within the Department of Mental Health Law & Policy. Responsibilities include day-to-day program operations, coordination with enrolled and participating providers, management of care coordination activities, data collection, and creating reports.

Position Duties
- Coordinate telepsychiatry providers' schedule with enrolled and participating pediatric practices, including scheduling telepsychiatry consultation appointments and coordinating patient services
- Data collection and analysis; enter data in various reporting databases; and maintain records
- Create reports as required by the sponsor; monitor and ensure deliverables are submitted on time
- Analyze client needs, determine and evaluate potential solutions to meet program requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned by program PI.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social work or Social services) and 2 years of project management or coordination experience
