Marketing Associate (Finance)
Seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to support marketing efforts for Western Pest Services, Waltham Pest Services, OPC Pest Services, Western Fumigation and IFC Pest Control Brands. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing director and other marketing team members to assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate with others while still being self-motivated, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be an independent thinker, and be detail-oriented. Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate and support events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Assist in managing the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications
Competencies / Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
