Staff Accountant I (Project Management)
General Ledger - journal entries, account analysis and account reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable
Update daily sales, orders, PPV for reporting.
Fixed Assets
Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts pertaining to inventory (includes Balance Sheet, P&L, Statistical Account).
Work with Controller, Senior Financial Analyst, to track variances, improve processes and track progress of projects and initiatives.
Revenue - Daily Shipment Summary, YTD Sales Margin, Customer Sales Comparison, etc.
Payables - Monthly PPV, Unvouchered receipts, etc.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SPI's. Ensure financial SOX documentation is maintained in a current manner.
Monthly State tax filings along with other government regulation filings.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher education in accounting.
1-2 years professional experience in an accounting environment.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs.
Excellent communication skills - may be asked to assist in formal presentation settings.
SOX and/or Compliance knowledge
Ability to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis.
Strong computer proficiency in a Windows environment is required, specifically with Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet. Advanced spreadsheet knowledge and experience (including but not limited to pivot tables, vlookups, sumif formulas, and graphs) is required.
Must be a detail orientated, confident self-starter with a proven work ethic, uncompromising honesty and trustworthiness, and personal and professional integrity, maintaining utmost confidentiality of highly sensitive proprietary information.
Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours on a Monday-Friday schedule at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.
Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.

Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.
