Nurse Manager (RN) (Healthcare)
Northern Lights is looking for a full-time Nurse Manager (RN) to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our assisted and memory care community.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for overseeing nursing and resident care for all the units. The position coordinates the clinical services, ensure that resident outcomes are achieved and monitors for effective internal resource utilization to assure that the financial and resident goals of the organization are achieved. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment in regards to matters of significance.The person within this role must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
