Supervisor, Crisis Services (Personal Services)
1.Responsible for day-to-day supervision, counseling, and discipline of direct staff according to procedure. Also responsible for performance evaluations, initial 90-day period for (direct report) new employees and annual thereafter.
2.Educates and empowers staff to be adept at meeting current and future organizational needs, and adjusts schedule staff hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation of programs.
3.Through individual and group supervision, directs, supervises, trains, evaluates competencies and addresses performance issues consistently, promptly, and appropriately.
4.Plans and facilitates meetings to communicate organization initiatives and updates to staff.
5.Assists in the development and monitoring of department/program budget(s).
6.Monitors and manage staff schedules to ensure that staff time is being utilized effectively and appropriately.
7.Collaborates with Leadership Team on addressing issues of compliance and ethics.
8.Monitors credentialing, privileging, and licenses to ensure staff are up to date and working within their scope.
9.Ensures obligations regarding the specifications of the program, productivity, and frequency of patient contact are met consistently.
10.Develops and leads staff training programs and exercises to maintain a culture of learning and clinical excellence.
11.Regularly and consistently audits clinical documentation of staff for clinical proficiency, quality, and timeliness.
12.Performs other duties as assigned
13.Provides supervision to staff in other Operations Division Clinical departments as needed to ensure continuity of services.
14.Participates in 24/7 supervisor on call rotation to provide clinical consult to staff doing pre-admission screenings for inpatient hospitalization.

16.Provides input on department policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
17.Ensures programs are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and keeps informed about changes in laws and regulations.
18.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
19.Must be able to safely perform all aspects of the Safety Care crisis intervention model, which includes therapeutic de-escalation skills, as well as therapeutic holds
