Staff Development Specialist (Workforce Trainer) - Hybrid - San Leandro, CA (R&D)
SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Workforce Development Director, the Staff Development Specialist designs and implements programs that optimize the Alameda County Public Health Department's (ACPHD) programs, service delivery, and policy development. The responsibilities of this classification include providing leadership and direction in the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of program activities. This position is guided by principles of continuous quality improvement as well as proven best practices in primary prevention, health promotion, adult learning, uses of technology, and delivery of programming aligned with ACPHD's aim to advance equity through its programs, services and policy work.
The salary range for this position is $68,640.00 - $108,472.00 annually depending on experience/ qualifications.

Our organization follows a hybrid workplace environment. This position will require work in-office in San Leandro, CA. Supervisor/leadership will determine hybrid schedule.
Must have functioning internet at remote location.
General office environment, temperature controlled.
