Lands' End 3-month Warehouse Management Supply Chain (summer 2025) internship is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while collaborating with members of our Distribution Center Operations (Supply Chain), Facilities, and Global Sourcing teams to complete initiatives that are key to our business success. You will learn to research and identify opportunities, perform business analysis, develop strategies, and present your findings to senior leadership. You will quickly come to appreciate the complexities of growing a global, multi-channel retailer.
As part of the Warehouse Management Supply Chain experience, you will focus on Vendor Compliance projects for the department which will help drive the development of a more robust compliance program. You will be involved in key projects that will support future business decisions. You will communicate with operations leaders and cross-functional business partners to understand the development and internal decision-making processes. Day-to-day experiences may include:
