TK Elevator is currently seeking a talented and motivated Office of the COO Intern- Summer 2025 Internship in Atlanta, GA. This opportunity is ideal for a college student to assist with major projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salesforce - TKE ONE is modernizing and unifying our business platforms to establish industry leadership and secure unprecedented profitable growth. By using Salesforce, a world-class technology platform, we will bring together Sales, Field Operations, Call Centers, and Shared Services onto one shared platform where we can see the end-to-end lifecycle of customer engagement. The TKE One Intern will help with the rollout as needed on the TKE One platform.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Branch Excellence-
- TKE Global initiative designed to propel branch performance and foster growth.
- The TKE Intern will invest time replicating our existing Branch Excellence program
Change Management-
- Create and support our change management
- Coordinate across workstreams to build familiarity and awareness of pending changes
- Work with organizational stakeholders and team members to create scoping documents and plans for communication, rollout and training
Analytics-
- Work with our finance team to run analytics to understand business challenges.
- Uses analytical skills and experience to assist in organizing, managing, and disseminating of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Project Assistant-
- Responsible for providing administrative support to Leadership by handling various tasks like project planning, data collection, meeting coordination, document management, progress monitoring, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet deadlines; essentially acting as a key support role in the project lifecycle.
