Job Summary

General Purpose:

Responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions for the assigned client group(s) within operations and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday (7am-3:30pm)

Principle Accountabilities:

• Support the site in meeting the competence, training, and awareness requirements in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21CFR820.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices.
• Delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.
• Conduct ON-boarding, and TWI (Training within Industry) training.
• Present Factory overview ppts.
• Can complete training system configurations.
• Proficient in data entry and generation of training reports  
• Attain and become familiar with Quality Document Management System (QDMS) and learn how to download and pre-populate documentation from QDMS as required. QDMS
• Ensures training system and standard compliance at all time IOT assure that assembly line personnel are prepared, properly trained, and qualified for Product Qualification (PQ)
• Participates and performs process/system related training.
• Tracks and reports information by reviewing employee training records for current licenses, certificates, and renewals, maintaining records of mandatory training, maintaining up to date training files on all safety sensitive personnel, checking all files for up to date medical, and advising employees as needed for training purposes.
• Attend training team weekly start up and report progress and personal workload.
• Liaise with Ops, quality, and maintenance personnel (operators and technicians) regularly to ensure training is up to date and what is required. Report back any additional training needs and discuss with training specialist.
• Ensure Supervisors are aware of and utilize training plans related to the factory.
