PRESSURE WASH TECHNICIAN (Finance)
The primary duties include but are not limited to: Pressure Washing Parking garages, Walls and Columns, Overhead Pipe Cleaning, Walkways, loading docks, Stair Towers, Graffiti removal Façade cleaning assigned by Facility Care Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Pressure washing parking garages, walkways, etc.
• Graffiti removal
• Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc.
• Building facade cleaning
• Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
• Replacing trash liners and wiping down trash receptacles
• Sanitizing
• Maintaining cleanliness of trash enclosures
• Maintaining equipment in a neat, clean, safe, and good working condition
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Able to work Sunday - Sunday all shifts
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Other special projects as directed by the Manager, Crew Chief II
Minimum Job Qualifications
• MINIMUM of 2-3 years of residential and commercial pressure cleaning and experience
• Driving a company vehicle to tow trailer mounted pressure washer from place to place
• Responsible for maintaining all equipment
• Self-starter Pro that works without direct supervision
• Excellent customer skills
• Dedicated to high quality work
• Able to lift 50 pounds
Qualifications Desired
• Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs. (avg)
• Have valid driver's license
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Available to work extra hours, weekends or changed schedule as required by customer needs
• Willing to work nights and over nights
Performance Standards
This position will receive an annual performance review from the direct supervisor to discuss actual performance as compared to company stated expectations and agreed upon job related performance goals for the upcoming year.

Physical Demands: as part of performing the duties associated with this position, the employee may be required for a period of time to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms. Employee must lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs. Work Environment: While performing the duties associated with this position, the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
