Associate Graphic Designer, Creative Lab (Finance)

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot Worldwide seeks a motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our integrated marketing team as an Associate Graphic Designer, Creative Lab. In this role, you'll work with the Global Media Solutions team across our wedding and baby brands to build better solutions.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Work under the direction of the Associate Art Director
• Design in the look and feel of our established brand identities, as well as be able to work within branding and design guidelines provided by our advertisers when appropriate
• Passionately maintain integrity of our brands' visual style while finding new and exciting ways to expand our use of existing design elements
• Work on advertiser pitches and sold campaigns, including designing high-impact ad units, sponsored content articles, landing pages and interactive content, social media posts, banner ads, print advertorials, marketing materials and more
• Create detailed design specifications for the Tech team and prepare artwork for build, as well as maintain oversight of the build through our design review process

SUCCESSFUL ASSOCIATE GRAPHIC DESIGNER, CREATIVE LAB CANDIDATES HAVE:

• A degree or course of study in graphic design
• 2-3 years of work experience in a creative group (experience working on an in-house team is a huge plus)
• Strong design skills and portfolio
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience working in Figma and Asana is a plus
• An ability to work under tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects at once, and adapt when asked to pivot
• Ability to analyze performance data and suggest creative optimizations
• Good communication skills and a talent for collaboration
