About the Role: At Nibblers Catering, our mission is to deliver reliable, made-to-order catering to the greater Phoenix area through fresh, intentional, and exciting menus. We specialize in serving corporate offices, providing disposable drop-off catering, upscale drop-off options, and full-service events (upscale presentation with a serving attendant to assist with anything meal-related).
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic catering team. This role focuses on generating new business, managing corporate daily dining accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for hospitality and a strong ability to build relationships with corporate clients and event planners.

What we need from you: Besides your amazing attitude, we are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or events. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organization and time management abilities, proficiency in CRM software (Caterease preferred), knowledge of the food and beverage industry, a valid driver's license, food handler certification, and the ability to work with urgency and teamwork.
