This is an in-office on site position. A remote or hybrid schedule is not available.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for the administrative support of the Corporate Real Estate Team.
What You'll Do
Office Management: Answering phone calls and directing inquiries; Managing calendars and scheduling meetings; Greeting visitors and managing reception area; Maintaining office supplies and ordering replacements; Managing office equipment and maintenance.
Communication and Coordination: Support communications and distributing emails; Taking meeting minutes and action item follow-up; Internal communication and information dissemination; Liaising with different departments and external vendors.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate records and filing systems; Updating databases and spreadsheets; Generating reports and presentations; Maintaining project folders.
Travel and Logistics: Arranging travel accommodations for staff; Managing expense reports; Processing invoices and payments.
Administrative Support: Preparing documents and presentations; Copying and printing materials; Handling mail and deliveries.
Qualifications
Great organizational skills.
Strong typing, written and oral communication skills.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
Proficient working in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
Experience with 360 Accruent (Software is a plus).

Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.72-31.25, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
