Promote from within culture
This position is responsible for providing customized banking solutions, best-in-class customer service and maintaining operational soundness by performing a broad range of out-of-branch activities focused on Household and Checking Household growth. This includes presentations, new account sales, account and customer servicing, and referral generation. Travel to offsite locations will be necessary.
What you'll do:
Acquire new customers, deepen existing relationships, and minimize customer attrition through effective consultative conversations and follow up
Onboard customers in accordance with the bank's program
Cross-sell products and services aligning with customer needs through effective consultative conversations
Leverage internal partnerships with Retail Branch Teams, Mortgage, Wealth Management, Business/Commercial Banking, etc., to grow client relationships via referrals
Engage in strong presentations and networking conversations to quickly build rapport and add value
Perform tasks such as account and customer maintenance, and customer correspondence
Promote and foster exceptional service to ensure best-in-class customer service is being provided
Supports the bank's Community Reinvestment Act Program through participation in community and bank events as well as involvement in local organizations
Adhere to all security procedures established to ensure safety for employees and customers
Recognize potential fraud and other risks and report to management as necessary
Qualifications:
Minimum three years in a customer contact/sales position or equivalent preferred
Bi/Multilingual Preferred
In-depth knowledge of all bank products/services and a thorough understanding of bank systems and operations
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate issues appropriately
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Evening, Early Morning, and Weekend hours will be required

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00-$31.25, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
