VP, Engineering - Fleet Management (Finance)

We are seeking a VP Eng - Fleet Management to lead the strategic development and management of our DGX Cloud infrastructure.

What you will be doing:

• Operational Excellence: Drive critical initiatives to improve cluster utilization and capacity management, ensuring fundamental operational health.
• Lead integrations as a core component of NVIDIA's engineering efforts, prioritizing full-time staffing, system robustness, and long-term scalability.
• System and API Development: Leverage deep expertise in service API development to expand NVIDIA's capabilities in delivering scalable, reliable, and innovative infrastructure solutions.
• Build and lead an outstanding team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to align infrastructure priorities with broader DGX Cloud goals and deliver scalable solutions for customers.

What we need to see:

• 20+ overall years of experience with capacity management, infrastructure at scale, and/or service API development.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure and operations at scale, ideally in high-growth environments with a focus on AI, cloud, or high-performance computing.
• 10+ years leading diverse, high-performing teams, with an ability to influence and inspire change at the executive level.
• Strong operational acuity with a focus on results, ability to create positive change in both the short and long term.
• Visionary thinking mentality with the ability to anticipate and plan for challenges and opportunities in infrastructure management.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Leadership experience in companies with significant cloud or infrastructure operations.
• Experience transitioning teams and systems from contractor-based staffing to full-time engineering teams.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA's ecosystem and DGX Cloud's strategic priorities.

The base salary range is 480,000 USD - 690,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
